Abstract:
The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Chief Evaluation Office (CEO) is undertaking the Reentry Employment Opportunities (REO) Evaluation. The overall aim of the evaluation is to determine whether the REO programs improve employment outcomes and workforce readiness for young adults and adults with previous criminal justice system contact. CEO contracted with Mathematica Policy Research and its subcontractor, Social Policy Research Associates (SPR), to conduct this evaluation. The evaluation will include an implementation study and an impact study. This package requests clearance for two data collection instruments, which are included as supporting documents: • Grantee survey • Baseline information form (BIF)
