Short Statement:
The current OMB inventory for this collection includes 84,391 burden hours. In this submission, we are requesting a total of 99,866 hours. This represents an adjustment increase of 15,475 hours. The adjustment increase is due to re-estimating the average number of annual responses and the amount of time required to respond based on outreach from respondents listed in A.8. Moreover, §§ 250.109, 130-133 (form 1832), 130-133, 132(b), 133, 142, 172, 180 contain the estimated increase in burden hours. The current OMB non-hour cost burden inventory is $1,371,458. In this submission, we are requesting a total of $222,915. This represents an adjustment decrease of $1,148,543. The average number of annual responses BSEE received for §§ 250.168; 171; 172; 174; 175; 177; 180(b), (d) decreased from 646 to 105, reducing the estimated non-hour costs.
Annual Cost to Federal Government:
$5,093,200
