Short Statement: The estimated burden decrease for respondents is based on the transition to electronic collection of updates on LFG energy projects and landfill information. The decrease in hours for this task is accounted for in the reduced time estimated to submit data to LMOP using the eGGRT system and in removing redundancy among respondents staff members for data review and submission to EPA. The burden estimates have not changed for the other collection activities under this ICR.
