The estimates reported in paragraph 14 differ from previous hour and cost burden estimates for NPFC activities under OMB # 1625-0067 for the following reasons: 1. 2015-2017 Time Period: Data for the most recent 3 years were used in the calculation of average claims submissions and the most recent references for hourly rates was applied. Decrease in the Monetized Burden: The monetized burden decreased since the last reporting period based upon the fewer number of claims received by the NPFC and the reduction in claims staff since the last reporting period.
