Abstract:
AFRISS-TF is a unique system developed by the Air Force Recruiting Service for use by all three Air Components (AD, ANG, and AFR). This system is the primary tool used by both recruiters in the field and higher-level management to collect, process, manage and analyze all potential enlisted and officer applicants. Most of the information put into the system is pulled from the SF-86 (OMB Control No. 3206-0005) that all USAF applicants fill out. The system automatically completes the AF forms associated with this system. The collection instrument provided in the IC section is the information the applicant must provide that cannot be taken from the SF-86, and is the sole point of collection.
