Short Statement: The “Number of Respondents” and “Total Number of Annual Responses” was derived by calculating their respective average based upon submissions over the past three calendar years. (2016 – 2018). The entry for “Departure/Landing Call-In for Scallop” was removed due to that information now being solely provided via VMS (Collection 0648-0202). The wage and labor rate for computing public burden was adjusted from $18.88 per hour to $24.84 using 2018 Bureau of Labor and Statistics data. The rate used for the public cost burden in chart 13 reflects an increase of postage costs from $0.49 to $0.50.
