Short Statement: During PHMSA’s review of the burden, it was noted that historically the information collections were grouped into a single collection. Following this review, PHMSA has adjusted this burden to eleven different information collections. Because of this adjustment, there has been a change to the number of respondents and responses and a slight change to the number of annual burden hours due to a better accounting of current burden hours.
