Based on EEOC's recent experience with this questionnaire, we expect that 5042 applicants will choose to complete the form for vacancies at EEOC annually. This adjustment to EEOC's estimated number of respondents resulted in a slight decrease in annual burden. EEOC has not revised its estimate of the time needed per applicant to complete the form.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
(a) It is necessary for the proper performance of agency functions;
