Short Statement: This is a revision of a currently approved collection. There has been an increase in the responses per year and to the annual hours burden previously reported. However, there has been no change to the information being collected. The public burden hour usage was not previously captured for HUD-2741 instruction form and should have been included. This information has now been added to the form.
