Short Statement:
This is a revision of the HOME PRA due the ARP Act giving HOME additional funding as well as additional oversight responsibilities. In the previous approved collection, the burden hours put ROCIS were put in incorrectly but the Supporting statement for 2020 was correct. therefore, we have huge reduction.
