Short Statement: Overall, the burden for this submission has decreased by 17,508 hours and increased by 4,494 responses. There is no change in the method of the collection. The decrease in burden is solely the result of adjustments. FRA determined some of the estimates were not derived from PRA requirements, thus leading to the increased figures in the current inventory, which were decreased accordingly. For instance, the burdens previously associated with §§ 230.13, 230.14(c), 230.15, 230.16, 230.17, and 230.41 were significantly adjusted after removing the inspection times from the burden hours.
