Abstract:
The information from this collection helps the Coast Guard to determine a vessel's tonnage. Tonnage in turn helps to determine licensing, inspection, safety requirements, and operating fees. Respondents are owners of vessels. The statutory authority is 46 U.S.C. 14104.
