Short Statement: There are no changes proposed for the forms. We are, however, adjusting the total estimated annual burden hours from 124 hours to 73 hours, a reduction of 51 annual burden hours. The reduction of annual burden hours results from adjusting the number of estimated annual response from 247 to 146. The number of annual responses is being adjusted to reflect the average number of applications received by the BLM over the past three years.
