Short Statement: There were changes to the numbers to make a correction. The total of burden hours increased by 102,985 hours, and the number responses increased by 283,953. The average time per form is currently correct in the spreadsheet and the burden hours for some forms are accurately calculated automatically this time. The previous Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements format were calculated manually led to reporting the miscalculated numbers for some forms. Thus, the numbers are currently reflected in the information collection request.
