The Commission estimates that on average approximately 9 respondents file Form N-6F notifications each year. The Commission further estimates that this information collection imposes a burden of 0.5 hours which results in a total annual PRA burden of 4.5 hours, representing an increase of 2.5 hours per year. The increase in burden hours for Form N 6F is attributable to an increase in the number of estimated respondents per year from 4 to 9 since the Commission’s previous estimate. There is no change in estimated cost burden for outside professionals associated with the collection of data relating to Form N-6F, because the Commission estimates these costs to be minimal.
