The U.S. Department of Labor uses the Demographic Information on Applicants form to evaluate Departmental employment practices by collecting and analyzing data on the race, national origin, sex and disability status of applicants for employment.
To accommodate system limitations, the DOL had previously technically discontinued its use of this information collection in order to allow the parent ICR to be approved. That action has happened and the Department is now accounting for its share of the burden for the ICR.
