Title: World Trade Center Health Program Requirements for Enrollment, Appeals, Certification of Health Conditions and Reimbursement 
Abstract:

This action will finalize the eligibility, enrollment, and appeal requirements for the WTC Health Program, including individuals who responded to the terrorist attack sites in Shanksville, PA, and at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This action will also finalize the interim final rule published on February 18, 2014, which amended the list of cancers covered by the Program as well as the notice of proposed rulemaking to be published in Summer 2016 (see, RIN 0920-AA56, WTC Health Program: Amendments to Definitions, Appeals, and Other Requirements).
