| Abstract: This proposed rule will follow up on the direct final rule for the reorganization of BOEMRE (former Minerals Management Service) that reassigned BOEMRE responsibilities to Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) or the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management( BSEE). This rule will contain supporting changes to the existing regulations. The changes will be limited to those that are critical to clarify the regulations and support the missions of the new bureaus. | |
