Title: ●Captive-Bred Wildlife Registration; Public Comment Process  
Abstract: We propose to add a public comment process into our regulations for Captive-Bred Wildlife (CBW) Registration. We are proposing to codify a public notification process as identified in section 10(c) of the Endangered Species Act and 50 CFR 17.22. Such notification will give the public an opportunity to comment on applications submitted to the Service for registration in the CBW program.
