| Abstract: We will revise critical habitat designation for three invertebrate species-Peck's cave amphipod (Stygobromus pecki), Comal Springs riffle beetle (Heterelmis comalensis), and Comal Springs dryopid beetle (Stygoparnus comalensis)-pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. These invertebrates occur in spring-related aquatic habitats in Comal and Hays Counties, Texas. This action is being taken pursuant to a court-approved settlement agreement. | |
