| Title: ●Consolidation of Cruise Ship Regulations | |
| Abstract: This proposed rule would consolidate the maritime security regulations currently found in 3 CFR parts 120 and 128 for cruise ships and the terminals that serve them and move them into parts 101, 104, and 105 dealing with maritime security. This rule would also establish standards for passenger and baggage screening, screening equipment, and qualifications and training for screeners. Lastly, this rule would publish a prohibited items list for cruise ships. | |
