Title: Energy Efficiency Standards for Residential Refrigerators and Freezers 
Abstract: The Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 amends the Energy Policy and Conservation Act and directs the Secretary to issue a final rule to determine whether to amend the standards for refrigerators, refrigerator-freezers, and freezers. The final rule will contain any amended standards.
