Title: Remand of Halogenated Solvent Cleaning Final Residual Risk Rule 
Abstract: EPA promulgated technology-based emission standards for this source category in 1992 under section 112(d) of the Clean Air Act. These standards are codified at 40 CFR part 63, subpart T. On May 3, 2007, EPA also promulgated amendments to the NESHAP standards as required by sections 112(f) and 112(d)(6) of the Clean Air Act. Petitions have been filed requesting EPA to reconsider its emission standards under the May 3, 2007, final rule. EPA issued a proposed reconsideration rule on October 20, 2008. In November 2009, EPA was granted a remand of this rule.
