Title: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Hard and Decorative Chromium Electroplating, Chromium Anodizing, and Steel Pickling Residual Risk and Technology Review 
Abstract: EPA received additional information after proposal which indicated the possibility of proposing a lower emission limit. This supplemental action would propose those limits for six industrial source categories regulated by two National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP): Steel Pickling and Chromium Electroplating.
