Title: Correction to Insert Credible Evidence Language Missing From the Compliance Certification Provisions for Operating Permits Programs 
Abstract: This NPRM with direct final will amend the compliance certification provisions to restore a sentence removed by error in a previous amendment. The June 27, 2003, final rule that amended the Compliance Certification Requirements language inadvertently omitted a sentence. If no adverse comments on the NPRM, the final will become effective.
