Abstract: This rulemaking would make conforming amendments to the Department of Transportation´s Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) regulation, consistent with recently issued amendments in the Department´s regulation for the disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) program in highway, transit, and airport financial assistance programs.
