| Abstract: The regulations at 29 CFR Parts 502 and 503 were promulgated under section 210A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (ICRA), and implement requirements of a special program for aliens in seasonal agricultural services which ended with fiscal year 1992, or September 30, 1992. The regulations do not affect the current operation of any program and are being removed from the CFR. | |
