Title: ●Nutrition Labeling of Ground or Chopped Meat or Poultry Products and Single-Ingredient Products 
Abstract: This proposed rule will amend the Federal meat and poultry inspection regulations to provide increased flexibility in the labeling of ground meat and poultry and single-ingredient products. This rule allows consumers to differentiate between the varying amounts of fat in these products and to help them select lower fat versions of these products.
