Abstract: This rule amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement section 308 of the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003, Procurement Program for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns Owned and Controlled by Service-Disabled Veterans (Pub. L. 108-183). This regulatory action is subject to Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993. This rule is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
