L. 107-56), the Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act, and section 1601(d) of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000 (Pub. L. 106-386). These amendments also would implement two U.S. Supreme Court decisions interpreting FERPA and make other necessary changes regarding permissible disclosures of education records, permissible redisclosures of education records by State and Federal officials, and investigation and enforcement procedures.
