Title: Trafficking in Persons: Grants and Cooperative Agreements 
Abstract: In each assistance award under which funding is provided to a private entity, the statute requires the awarding agency to include a condition authorizing termination of the award if the recipient or a subrecipient engages in certain activities related to trafficking in persons. OMB issued interim final guidance on trafficking in persons under grants and cooperative agreements on November 13, 2007, (72 FR 63783).
