Abstract: The National Marine Fisheries Species makes regulatory changes to the highly migratory species (HMS) international trade program, which encompasses dealer permitting and reporting for international trade of swordfish, bluefin tuna, and bigeye tuna. The regulatory changes will include adjustments to improve program efficacy and consistency with regulations of other U.S. agencies. | |
