Title: National Marine Sanctuary Program Regulations on Cruise Ship Discharges 
Abstract: Resulting from a petition for rulemaking and after an extensive review and analysis of the impacts of the issue, the National Marine Sanctuary Program is considering a system-wide regulation on discharges from cruise ships. The rulemaking is intended to address cruise ship discharges across the entire system in comprehensive way and with an appropriate level of consistency.
