Title: Implementation of Regional Fishery Management Organization Conservation Measures Pertaining to Illegal, Unregulated, and Unreported Fishing Vessel Lists
Abstract: The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) issues this rule to implement obligations under Regional Fishery Management Organization conservation measures to establish lists of vessels having engaged in illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing activities. NMFS is seeking public comment on such measures that may require the United States to deny port access and services to vessels placed on such lists.
