Abstract: This rule would re-evaluate the management measures for commercial and recreational highly migratory species fisheries operating in the U.S. Caribbean. This rulemaking could consider, among other things, changes to existing vessel permitting requirements, dealer permitting requirements, catch reporting, authorized gear, and quotas. This rulemaking is necessary to improve permitting of and data collection from vessels operating in the U.S. Caribbean. | |
