Title: ●Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery; Biennial Specifications and Management Measures 
Abstract: On December 29, 2006, NMFS published a final rule to implement the 2007-2008 West Coast groundfish harvest specifications and management measures (71 FR 78638). This action takes routine and frequent management action to modify harvest specifications and management measures to meet the mandates outlined by the Magnuson Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act).
