Title: ●Announce Office of Management and Budget Approval and Effectiveness of Collection-of- Information Requirements within the Coastal Pelagic Species Fishery Management Plan 
Abstract: This final rule announces the effectiveness of the reporting requirements contained in a previously published final rule that implemented new reporting requirements and conservation measures under the CPS FMP with regards to interactions between the fishery and southern sea otters. These are the information collection requirements found at 50 CFR 660.520 and include the requirement to report any interactions that may occur between a CPS vessel and/or fishing gear and sea otters.
