Abstract: This action will amend existing rule 15 CFR 801.9 to provide for the conduct of a new quarterly survey--BE-150, Quarterly Survey of Cross-Border Credit, Debit, and Charge Card Transactions. This survey would collect data on purchases and cash advances or withdrawals made by the U.S. cardholders while traveling abroad and by foreign cardholders while traveling in the United States.
