Title: Further Revisions to the Clean Water Act Regulatory Definition of Discharge of Dredged Material 
Abstract: The Corps is amending its regulatory definition of "discharge of dredged material." This rulemaking will be done in response to the January 30, 2007, decision by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in the National Association of Home Builders et al., v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, et al. (No. 01-0274).
