Title: Procedures for Implementing the National Environmental Policy Act
Abstract: The Corps is developing a proposal to revise its regulations governing procedures for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act in its Civil Works Program. The purpose of this regulation revision is to update, clarify, and provide additional guidance for the preparation and processing of Corps NEPA documents in support of Civil Works-funded activities. These requirements will cover all such Civil Works activities at Federal water resource development projects and associated lands.
