Title: TRICARE Program; Overpayments Recovery 
Abstract: This rule amends the CHAMPUS and TRICARE program regulation that governs the recoupment of erroneous payments. The rule implements changes required by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 and the revised Federal Claims Collection Standards.
