Title: TRICARE; Reimbursement of Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs)  
Abstract: This rule implements a reimbursement methodology similar to that furnished to Medicare beneficiaries for services provided by Critical Access Hospitals. The Department is publishing this rule to implement an existing statutory requirement for adoption of Medicare payment methods through regulation to the extent practicable.
