Title: Grazing Administration--Exclusive of Alaska | |
Abstract: This rule will amend regulations concerning how the Bureau of Land Management administers livestock grazing on public lands to comply with the ruling of the Federal District Court in Western Watersheds Project v. Kraayenbrink, June 8, 2007. That decision enjoined the final rule amending the grazing regulations published on July 12, 2006 (71 FR 39401). This rule will restore the great majority of the provisions of the grazing regulations that were amended by the 2006 final rule to their pre-2006 language, but will leave in place certain changes that removed other-agency terminology no longer in use or that corrected editorial mistakes in the existing regulations. | |
