Title: Annual Adjustment to Cost Recovery Fees 
Abstract: This rule will amend the table in 43 CFR 3000.12 to adjust the fixed fees for cost recovery according to the change in the implicit Price Deflator for Gross Domestic Product. The final rule will allow the Bureau of Land Management to update these fees and services by October 1, 2008, as required by the 2005 regulation. This rule administers procedures set forth in that regulation.
