Title: Operation of the Truckee River and Other Reservoirs 
Abstract: This rule would implement the Truckee River Operating Agreement in accordance with the Truckee-Carson-Pyramid Lake Water Rights Settlement Act of 1990. The Agreement's primary purposes are to modify reservoir operations in the Truckee River basin, enhance conditions for threatened and endangered fish species, increase drought protection, improve water quality, and enhance stream flows. The proposed agreement was approved by the Department of the Interior, the States of California and Nevada, the Truckee Meadows Water Authority, and the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe.
