Title: Oil and Gas Production Rates
Abstract: This rule will amend provisions regarding oil and natural gas production. This is a complete rewrite of that section and addresses issues such as production rates and burning oil and flaring and venting natural gas. Currently there are restrictions on production rates that are no longer needed and the limits on flaring and venting natural gas are open to interpretation. The final rule will eliminate most restrictions on production rates and clarify flaring and venting limits.
