Title: Federal Sodium and Potassium Valuation
Abstract: This rule will: (1) Create valuation rules for sodium and potassium minerals, which are currently subject to generic regulations governing solid minerals; and (2) make existing rules more specific and clear. This rule would affect all lessees because they would have to comply when computing Federal production royalties.
