Title: Electronic Payment for Cost Recovery Fees for Oil and Gas Operations 
Abstract: This rule will require electronic payment through pay.gov for all OCS application and filing fee payments. Processing, handling, and posting check payments is significantly more work for MMS and leads to errors and payment problems that may take hours to research and correct and may delay MMS action on submitted applications. The rule also adjusts certain cost recovery fees for inflation.
