Title: Bonus or Royalty Credits for Relinquishing of Certain Leases Offshore Florida | |
Abstract: This rule implements a provision in the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006 that requires providing a bonus or royalty credit for the relinquishment of certain eligible leases. Eligible leases are those within 125 miles of the Florida coast in the Eastern Planning Area, and within 100 miles of the Florida coast in the Central Planning area. | |
