Title: Federal Falconry Standards and Falconry Permitting
Abstract: We proposed changes in the regulations governing the practice of falconry in the United States. We proposed substantial reorganization of the current regulations, combining 50 CFR 21.28 and 21.29 and reorganizing the topics in those sections. We will add or change some provisions in the current regulations. The changes will make it easier to understand the requirements for falconry and the procedures for obtaining a falconry permit.
